Windy Days and Palachinke!

Today was such a windy day. It actually feels like it's October outside not the middle of July! I'm really getting worried about how our winter will be this year if it's so cold now. This windy weather is really good for drying clothes out on the clothes line! I managed to dry four loads today which is awesome!:)

After making dinner I wanted to treat my family with some palachinke also known as Crepes. We like to eat ours with a sweet filling like strawberry jam or Nutella or sometimes even with a light sprinkle of sugar. It was a delicious way to end our dinner!

  1. Would it be accurate to assume that Nutella is a food loved by Serbians? We never EVER had this growing up, and it seems that everyone I know who is Serbian enjoys their Nutella.
Did you ever eat Yorkshire Pudding? Or Corned Beef Hash? Lol! That's the food of my people!

  2. I think Euro Crem is more Serbian but Nutella is just a popular and loved. No, I have never tried Yorkshire Pudding or Corned Beef Hash. You'll have to make it for me once.
